1. Return Policy and Process

We accept returns on original artwork within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at brennalynn@iinet.net.au with your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

2. Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds are issued for returned artwork (see Return Policy) or in the rare case that artwork is damaged during delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving damaged goods. 3. Cancellation Policy
